Aplikasi Pola Pertahanan Smart Defense dan Dual Strategy pada Komponen Utama Pertahanan Matra Laut Indonesia

Abstract

IKN Nusantara, which is stipulated in The Laws of the Republic Indonesia Number 3 of 2022, is Indonesia's new CoG. As a CoG, this changes the strategic view of national defense and security. For this reason, the government has established a Smart Defense and Dual Strategy pattern in developing its defense and security concepts. This pattern is applied to the state's defense and security of the Indonesian for teh IKN Nusantara’s, including the Indonesian Navy. The Indonesian Navy itself, operationally doctrinally has SPLN (Nusantara/Arcipelago Maritime Defense Strategy) to guarantee the upholding of the Sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. In order to strengthen and ensure the implementation of its duties in the face of existing strategic developments plus other renewable threat factors such as cyber threats, a step forward is to apply Smart Defense and Dual Strategy to maritime defense to strengthen the Indonesian Navy's ability to ensure the upholding of the Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of the Republic of Indonesia.
