Analisis Dampak Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi terhadap ketahanan nasional Masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangkalan menggunakan pemodelan sistem dinamik

Abstract

Achieving national goals is not an easy matter. Threats, obstacles, disturbances and challenges will always accompany you. So an ability is needed to deal with these barrier factors. This is what is known as national resilience. In the current era of globalization, information technology (IT) is one of the factors that influences national resilience. The use of information technology is like a knife being cut in two, one side has a positive impact and one side has a negative impact. The positive impact of IT will increase national resilience, whereas the negative impact will reduce national resilience. In this research, the impact of IT on national resilience will be discussed with Bangkalan Regency as the research location. In assessing resilience, the main variables used are the Human Development Index (HDI), 

community political participation (PPM), tolerance and community harmony (TKM), and security. The method used in this research is the Decision Making Trial Evaluation and Laboratory (DEMATEL) to obtain interrelationships between variables, in the form of dispatcher groups and receiver groups, and a dynamic systems approach to analyze the impact of IT on national resilience in the Bangkalan Regency area by applying two scenarios policies include; scenario of reducing the percentage of pornography users (scenario 1) and scenario of increasing the percentage of social media users (scenario 2). The simulation results show that scenario 2 has the best impact on the output variables of the system in this research. The regional resilience value of Bangkalan Regency was 0.77 in the final period of the simulation. Meanwhile, scenario 1 results in a regional resilience value for Bangkalan Regency of 0.76.
