Naval Deterrence Patrol (NDP) enhanced by Network Centric Warfare (NCW) is one of the adaptive strategies to address hybrid threats in Indonesia's maritime region. Utilizing a qualitative approach through comprehensive literature studies, this research explores the key elements of NDP: denial deterrence, credibility & resolve, and punishment deterrence. NCW is identified as a force multiplier for NDP, creating a real-time Common Operational Picture (COP) that enhances situational awareness, command speed, and inter-agency coordination. However, the application of this concept faces several challenges that require comprehensive measures. Strategic recommendations include investment in NCW infrastructure, cyber-resilient training, shared COP platforms, and revisions to the Sishankamrata doctrine. The integration of NDP and NCW has the potential to transform Indonesia's maritime security, shifting from a physical presence to a "smart presence" that proactively counters the spectrum of hybrid threats.
