IKN Nusantara, Centre of Gravity Baru dan Upaya Perkuatan Keamanan Bagian Pembangunan Pertahanan Matra Laut

Abstract

IKN Nusantara which was established in the eastern part of Kalimantan Island apart from being the State Capital is also intended to be a beacon of accelerated and equitable development of Indonesia. This shift, according to the TNI Commander, TNI Admiral Yudo
Margono, S.E., M.M. will have implications for various factors such as political, economic, socio-cultural and defense and security. The Indonesian Navy as the main component of the maritime dimension of state defense in the midst of its efforts to build strength, must devise a concept of strengthening waters and sea security around the Archipelago's IKN. This is important to do considering that in the future IKN Nusantara will become Indonesia's main Center of Gravity - CoG as the face of Indonesia looking at the world and Indonesia's central point as the World Maritime Axis.
