Analisis Pemberdayaan Potensi Maritim oleh Lanal Bangka Belitung demi Stabilitas Pertahanan dan Keamanan Pangan Sektor Maritim

Abstract

Management of maritime potential in South Bangka Regency by relevant stakeholders including Lanal Bangka Belitung has resulted in high Fisherman Exchange Rates for coastal and island communities in the area in question. In order to deepen knowledge and 
information related to this matter, qualitative research was carried out on capture fisheries fishermen in Tukak Sadai District, Bangka Belitung Regency. This sub-district was chosen as the object because apart from being one of the main centers for producing caught crabs, the sub-district in question is part of the work area of the Sadai Navy Post. From the results of searching literature sources and direct observations in the field, real facts were found about the fairly good standard of living of the fishing community there. Apart from that, the Sadai Navy Post is able to establish good communication with them (fishermen) 
so that the maritime potential development is carried out very well. This situation creates defense stability and food security in the maritime sector in the district. South Bangka. Defense stability and food security in the maritime sector are very important for Indonesia considering that this country is the largest archipelagic country and between its archipelagic groups there is the Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Route through which various foreign ships with their respective interests pass.
